KIAS130 ENGLISH ROM

You must perform hardspl 1st :
HTC Kaiser Hard-SPL v1 - CID Unlock & Flash any ROM to your device (4 free) - xda-developers
-format your sdcard as FAT32
-extract the rom you downloaded
-rename upgrade image to KAISIMG.nbh and copy it to sdcard root
-insert sdcard into phone
-press the Camera button and use stylus to press the RESET button at the bottom of the phone, Release both buttons once the bootloader screen appears
-follow onscreen instructions
